Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a Work From Home Archive Digitization Assistant to help us transform physical archives into secure, accessible digital formats. This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for individuals who thrive in an independent work environment and are passionate about preserving valuable information.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitize various types of archival documents, records, and media with precision and accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on digitized images to ensure clarity, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
- Accurately index and categorize digital files according to established naming conventions and metadata requirements.
- Organize and maintain digital files within designated systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot minor scanning equipment issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for all sensitive information.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues regarding project progress and any potential issues.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and file management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
