Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level AI Ethics & Safety Evaluator to join our dedicated team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. In this role, you will be crucial in evaluating and assessing AI systems for potential ethical concerns, biases, fairness issues, and safety risks. You will analyze AI outputs, identify problematic patterns, and contribute to the development of guidelines and best practices that ensure our AI technologies are deployed responsibly and equitably. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic evaluations of AI model outputs to identify and document ethical risks, biases, and safety concerns.
  • Analyze AI behaviors across various use cases and scenarios, ensuring alignment with Google's AI Principles.
  • Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on AI system performance related to ethics and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, engineers, and policy experts, to communicate findings.
  • Contribute to the refinement of evaluation methodologies and ethical AI guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current trends and research in AI ethics, fairness, accountability, and transparency.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance expertise in AI ethics and safety evaluation.

  • Prior coursework or projects related to technology ethics, bias in AI, or responsible innovation.
