In this crucial role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and playability of upcoming NHL titles. This part-time position focuses exclusively on weekend shifts, perfect for those looking to contribute to the gaming world without impacting their weekday commitments. Key Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and procedures to identify software defects and inconsistencies in NHL game titles.
- Accurately document, track, and report bugs and glitches using our internal bug-tracking system.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on gameplay, features, user interface, and overall player experience.
- Collaborate with development teams to verify bug fixes and ensure the quality of game builds.
- Maintain a strong understanding of game design documents and feature specifications.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to improve testing processes and game quality.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet testing deadlines on weekend shifts.
Required Skills
- Deep passion for ice hockey and the NHL video game series.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of game testing methodologies or a strong desire to learn.
