Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the testing of pre-release versions of Teleperformance's mobile and web applications.
- Execute test cases and follow predefined testing scripts to identify bugs, glitches, and usability issues.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and actionable feedback on application functionality, user interface, and overall user experience.
- Document and report all identified issues and suggestions using designated tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with the development team by clarifying reported issues and testing proposed solutions.
- Adhere to testing timelines and deliver feedback promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all pre-release information and application content.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with smartphones (iOS/Android) and web browsers.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
- Basic understanding of mobile/web application functionality.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal device for testing.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in beta testing, QA, or product evaluation is a plus.
- Familiarity with bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- A passion for technology and user experience.
