- Currently enrolled as a student (part-time or full-time).
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple chat windows and systems simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in online chat support or a customer service role.
- Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms.
