Job Description
Are you passionate about helping individuals uncover and align with their core values? Korn Ferry is seeking a dedicated WFH Core Values Coach with a strong focus on personal foundations to join our remote team. In this role, you will guide clients through a transformative process, helping them identify, articulate, and integrate their core values into their daily lives, career paths, and personal decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to make a profound impact, working 100% remotely to support our diverse client base in building stronger, more authentic personal foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to help clients identify their core values.
- Develop personalized action plans and strategies for clients to integrate values into their personal and professional lives.
- Facilitate exercises and reflections designed to deepen self-awareness and understanding of personal foundations.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their coaching journey.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring progress is tracked effectively.
- Collaborate with other coaches and internal teams to share best practices and enhance program effectiveness.
- Stay current with best practices in coaching, personal development, and values-based living.
Required Skills
- Certified Professional Coach (CPC) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in one-on-one personal or executive coaching.
- Demonstrated expertise in values-based coaching methodologies and personal foundation work.
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse client base virtually.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a client caseload effectively.
- Proficiency with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse demographics and cultural backgrounds.
- Familiarity with various assessment tools for personality and values identification.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
- Strong empathetic approach and emotional intelligence.
