Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Apple Training Coordinator to join our remote Corporate Education team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery and excellent quality of our Apple-focused training programs for corporate clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for managing training logistics, scheduling, content distribution, and providing support to trainers and participants in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all Apple training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Manage participant registration, communication, and pre-training material distribution.
  • Liaise with Apple certified trainers to ensure they have all necessary resources and technical support.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, curriculum materials, and participant records.
  • Set up and manage virtual training environments and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, specific Apple training tools).
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and distribution of new Apple training content.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues for participants and trainers during live sessions.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Education team as needed.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training coordination or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with Apple products and ecosystems (macOS, iOS, iCloud, Apple services).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with corporate education or e-learning platforms.
  • Apple certification (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, Apple Certified Mac Technician) is a plus.
