Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service, addressing their banking needs with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks accurately and in compliance with bank policies.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate U.S. Bank products and services, such as savings accounts, checking accounts, and basic credit products.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, online banking support, and problem resolution, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products, services, and policies, as well as relevant compliance regulations.
  • Manage and balance a cash drawer with precision, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in branch goals and initiatives.
