Job Description
As a Microsoft Customer Partner, you will be at the forefront of supporting our cutting-edge technologies and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. This role involves providing expert guidance, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring our partners can leverage Microsoft solutions to their full potential. You will work closely with diverse teams, advocating for customer needs and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services. We are looking for a proactive, customer-obsessed individual with a passion for technology and a talent for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary technical point of contact for Microsoft customers and partners.
- Provide expert technical assistance and guidance on Microsoft products and solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to maximize their investment in Microsoft technology.
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally to drive product improvements.
- Document support interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal training materials.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or partner management role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
- Prior experience working with enterprise-level clients.
