Job Description
Join the Nando’s family in Finnieston as a vital part of our weekend team! We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to support our operations on Saturdays and Sundays. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to earn premium rates while delivering exceptional service and becoming part of a lively restaurant environment. You’ll be involved in all aspects of restaurant life, from greeting guests to preparing our iconic Peri-Peri chicken.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with seating and orders.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and processing payments.
- Assisting with food preparation, including marinating and grilling chicken to Nando's standards.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Delivering food and beverages to tables efficiently and politely.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
- Restocking supplies and maintaining an organised workspace.
- Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
