Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Owl Limo Driver to join our elite team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in overnight hours and possess an unwavering commitment to safety, punctuality, and exceptional customer service. As a Night Owl Limo Driver, you will be responsible for providing a premium transportation experience for our clients during late-night and early-morning shifts, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction. You will operate high-end luxury vehicles, navigate efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles during designated overnight shifts.
- Provide superior customer service, ensuring client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and regulations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Manage routes efficiently using advanced navigation systems and real-time traffic updates.
- Uphold client confidentiality and maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings with care and courtesy.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations team, and clients as needed.
- Represent Tulsa Executive Transport Solutions with the highest level of professionalism.
Required Skills
- Valid US Driver's License (Class D or higher for chauffeur services in Oklahoma).
- Impeccable driving record with no major infractions (Motor Vehicle Record check required).
- Extensive knowledge of Tulsa metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation applications.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and reliably during overnight hours.
- Professional appearance and a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine vehicle checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience (2+ years) as a professional chauffeur or luxury vehicle operator.
- Experience in the hospitality or premium service industry.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle features and operating systems.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and client needs.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
