Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Processing Clerk to join our operations team in New Port Richey. This role is crucial for managing high volumes of data entry, processing financial documents, and ensuring accuracy across various administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that support our financial advisors and clients, requiring strict adherence to compliance standards and internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify high volumes of financial documents and data with exceptional accuracy.
  • Perform data entry, scanning, and indexing of various paperwork into internal systems.
  • Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital records.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.
  • Adhere to strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) for processing tasks.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data processing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
