Job Description
We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our vibrant team in Tampa. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with accuracy.
- Act as a primary resource for guest inquiries, providing detailed information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, reflecting the high standards of our brand.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, reservation systems).
