Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Google Associate to join our dynamic Digital Media team. This entry-to-mid-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about digital advertising and eager to build a career leveraging Google’s powerful advertising platforms. As an Online Google Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and other Google-owned properties. You will work closely with senior strategists and account managers to deliver exceptional results for our diverse client portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, contributing directly to client success and developing expertise in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards, presenting key insights to team members and clients.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting by assisting with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setups.
- Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, industry best practices, and digital marketing trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and analytics, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Support budget management and pacing for assigned campaigns.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Perform quality assurance checks on campaign setups and ad creatives.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fundamental understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads platform or other ad serving platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video).
- Experience with Google Analytics.
- Prior internship or professional experience in digital marketing or advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools or CRM systems.
