We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Mobile Phone Kiosk Advisor to join our team in Abbotsford, BC. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their mobile communication needs.
- Recommend and sell appropriate mobile phones, plans, services, and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, product launches, and industry trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills

- Basic understanding of mobile phone technology and operating systems (iOS/Android).
