Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to identify their mobile communication needs.
  • Recommend and sell appropriate mobile phones, plans, services, and accessories.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, product launches, and industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
