Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy WFH AI Support Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support exclusively through text and email channels, assisting users with inquiries related to AI-powered products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, answering questions, and guiding users through various features, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via text and email for AI-related product inquiries.
