Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Partner to support our small business and freelance initiatives in the Spokane area. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and efficient project management for various administrative tasks related to our external partners and independent contractors. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for supporting creative and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize administrative workflows for projects involving small businesses and freelance contractors.
- Act as a primary point of contact for external partners regarding administrative inquiries and coordination.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary documentation for partner engagements.
- Assist with contract documentation, invoice processing, and expense reporting for freelance services.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to partner information and project progress.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and presentation preparation.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in partner administrative support.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for freelance talent as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
