Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Pinterest Ad Content Reviewer to join our Marketing Compliance team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring all advertising content destined for the Pinterest platform adheres strictly to brand guidelines, industry regulations, and Pinterest’s specific ad policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of advertising compliance in a digital environment. You will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients’ brand integrity and mitigating risks associated with non-compliant advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Pinterest ad content, including images, videos, text, and landing pages, for compliance with all applicable brand guidelines, legal requirements, and Pinterest advertising policies.
- Identify and flag potential violations, inconsistencies, or risks in ad creatives and copy.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to creative and marketing teams to facilitate necessary revisions.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, and creative departments to resolve compliance issues and clarify policy interpretations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving Pinterest ad policies, industry best practices, and relevant advertising regulations.
- Document review findings, decisions, and escalation paths accurately and thoroughly.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of internal compliance checklists and best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to ensure continuous improvement in compliance review processes.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content moderation, ad review, or marketing compliance, preferably in a digital advertising context.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for providing clear feedback.
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms and content management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple review tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical judgment and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Pinterest's advertising platform and policies.
- Experience with legal and regulatory frameworks for advertising (e.g., FTC guidelines, data privacy regulations).
- Certification in digital marketing or advertising compliance.
