Job Description
The Capital Hotel is seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial in providing our esteemed guests with safe, comfortable, and discreet transportation services. As a Chauffeur, you will be an ambassador of our brand, ensuring every journey reflects the high standards of luxury and service synonymous with The Capital Hotel. We are looking for an individual with an impeccable driving record, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to punctuality and discretion. This position includes a paid uniform and professional dry cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport guests to and from various destinations, including airports, business meetings, and social events.
- Maintain the pristine condition of company vehicles, performing daily checks and ensuring cleanliness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, prioritizing guest safety and comfort.
- Provide personalized service, assisting guests with luggage and offering local insights when appropriate.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding guest information and itineraries.
- Manage schedules and routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- Represent The Capital Hotel with the utmost professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end driving experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of Little Rock and surrounding areas.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Discretion, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury vehicles.
- Defensive driving certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
