Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Work From Home Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely, leveraging your sales expertise to connect with potential customers and drive significant revenue through a competitive base salary combined with an attractive high commission structure. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting compelling solutions, and closing sales, all while enjoying the flexibility of a home-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual presentations to identify needs and offer suitable products/services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients to facilitate sales opportunities.
- Effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections to close sales.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Accurately record and manage sales activities and customer information in CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and sales leadership to share best practices and contribute to a positive sales culture.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a home office setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
