Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual for an Entry Level Policy Project Support role. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in project management and policy implementation within a dynamic technology environment. You will work closely with our policy teams, assisting in the coordination and execution of critical projects related to corporate policies, compliance, and regulatory affairs. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of policy-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and presentation materials.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between various internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support policy analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Maintain organized project files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Help identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the policy team.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the policy and project management domain.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in a corporate, government, or non-profit setting, particularly in policy, compliance, or project support roles.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Understanding of the technology industry and its regulatory landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
