Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and observant Secret Shopper to join our team directly, not through an agency. This unique part-time opportunity allows you to play a crucial role in evaluating customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping experience within our Fort Wayne locations. You will provide invaluable feedback that directly contributes to enhancing our operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires discretion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to provide objective, constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct covert visits to assigned Walmart stores within the Fort Wayne area, posing as a regular customer.
- Rigorously evaluate various aspects of the store experience, including but not limited to staff friendliness, product display, store cleanliness, and checkout efficiency.
- Complete detailed reports and questionnaires accurately and promptly after each visit, providing specific examples and observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the nature of the role and all findings.
- Adhere to specific shopping scenarios and guidelines provided for each assignment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors regarding scheduling and assignment details.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise report writing.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of discretion.
- Reliable transportation to various store locations within Fort Wayne.
