Job Description
Mindvalley is seeking a dedicated and passionate WFH Self-Mastery Coach with a strong focus on self-correction to join our dynamic remote team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. In this pivotal role, you will guide individuals through personalized coaching journeys, helping them identify areas for improvement, develop robust self-correction mechanisms, and cultivate sustainable habits for continuous personal growth. You will leverage Mindvalley’s unique methodologies and resources to empower our community members to achieve their highest potential, fostering resilience, mindfulness, and effective goal attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized self-mastery coaching plans for clients.
- Guide clients in identifying their core values, strengths, and areas requiring self-correction.
- Facilitate regular one-on-one virtual coaching sessions, workshops, and group discussions.
- Teach practical techniques and strategies for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and habit formation.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable insights to support clients in overcoming challenges.
- Track client progress, document outcomes, and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the development of new coaching content and resources focused on self-correction.
- Maintain a supportive and empathetic coaching environment that encourages open communication and personal exploration.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in personal development coaching, particularly with a focus on self-correction.
- Exceptional active listening and empathy skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in various coaching methodologies and psychological principles.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and hold clients accountable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using virtual communication and coaching platforms.
- Deep understanding of human psychology, behavior change, and goal-setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Professional Coach (e.g., ICF, BCC) or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Human Development, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and delivering online workshops or group coaching sessions.
- Familiarity with Mindvalley's programs and curriculum.
- Demonstrated success in helping individuals achieve significant personal breakthroughs.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
