Job Description

As a Real Estate Chat Validator – Remote Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our customer interactions through chat platforms. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will meticulously review and validate chat transcripts, provide constructive feedback to our remote sales support team, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our remote sales processes. This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for the dynamic real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate and score chat interactions based on established quality assurance guidelines and performance metrics.
  • Provide constructive, actionable feedback and coaching to remote sales support agents to improve performance.
  • Identify common trends, areas for improvement, and training opportunities in chat communication and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate effectively with training and quality assurance teams to refine validation criteria and best practices.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new strategies for optimized remote real estate sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of validation results, agent performance, and identified issues.
  • Escalate critical issues, compliance breaches, or unresolved customer concerns to management as required.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammatical accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and robust analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency with chat support software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other communication tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide clear, constructive feedback in a professional manner.
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a quality assurance, validation, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Prior experience specifically within the real estate industry or a related field (e.g., mortgage, title, property management).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or similar productivity tools.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quality targets and adhering to strict deadlines.
