Job Description

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about healthcare to join our team as a Trainee Phlebotomist. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all aspects of the structured clinical training program.
  • Learn and accurately perform venepuncture (blood drawing) on patients of all ages under supervision.
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare equipment and maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
  • Properly label and handle blood samples according to established protocols.
  • Accurately record patient information and procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and infection control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with other general clinical duties as required, supporting the healthcare team.
