Job Description
Join XPO Logistics as an 18 Year Old Teens Dispatch Assistant and kickstart your career in the fast-paced world of trucking and logistics! Key Responsibilities
- Assist dispatchers with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, relaying important information and updates.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries from drivers and internal departments.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to shipments and routes.
- Monitor driver schedules and assist with tracking vehicle locations.
- Support the team in resolving minor logistical issues and discrepancies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure seamless hub operations.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
