Job Description

- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all banking regulations and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient branch operation.
- Educate customers on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
