Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Online Visionary Coach to guide individuals and teams in developing a long-term future focus. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on long-term vision, strategic planning, and future trends.
- Develop and implement bespoke coaching programs designed to enhance future-focused thinking and innovation.
- Guide clients in identifying emerging opportunities and challenges within their respective fields.
- Utilize a range of coaching techniques to encourage self-reflection, goal setting, and accountability towards future objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate visionary coaching into broader organizational development initiatives.
- Stay abreast of global technological, economic, and social trends to inform coaching strategies.
- Document client progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with long-term goals.
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content related to future foresight and personal growth.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional coach, particularly in leadership or executive coaching.
- Deep understanding of strategic foresight, futurism, and long-term planning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a future-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in using online coaching platforms and virtual collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a coaching or strategic consulting role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or Futures Studies.
- Accreditation from a recognized coaching body (e.g., ICF PCC or MCC).
- Experience working within a large technology company or fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Familiarity with design thinking principles and agile methodologies.
