Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Roadshow Chauffeur to provide premium transportation services for our high-level executives in the Plano/Dallas area. This critical role ensures safe, timely, and discreet travel for executives during important roadshows, meetings, and events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, an impeccable professional demeanor, and a deep understanding of executive protocol and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport high-level executives to various destinations, including airports, client meetings, corporate events, and personal appointments.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, weather, and executive schedules to ensure punctuality.
- Maintain the executive vehicle to immaculate standards, including daily cleaning, preventative maintenance checks, and ensuring all necessary amenities are available.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide discreet and confidential service, understanding the sensitive nature of executive travel.
- Manage executive luggage and personal items with care.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate executive travel needs.
- Communicate effectively with executive assistants and security teams regarding schedules and logistics.
- Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional chauffeur, preferably for executives or high-net-worth individuals.
- Extensive knowledge of the Plano/Dallas metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Exceptional defensive driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chauffeur certification or advanced driving course completion.
- Experience with luxury vehicle maintenance and operation.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Knowledge of multiple vehicle types and navigation systems.
