Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Instagram Aesthetician Aide to join our remote visual marketing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for social media. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the visual integrity of our Instagram presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the curation and scheduling of visually appealing content for Instagram feeds and stories.
- Ensure all visual assets align with Hootsuite's brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
- Conduct research on current Instagram trends, hashtags, and visual best practices.
- Support the creation of engaging captions and calls-to-action that complement visual content.
- Monitor Instagram comments and direct messages, assisting with community engagement.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of visual assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new visual content ideas and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on content performance and aesthetic consistency.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated strong understanding of Instagram's platform features and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent visual curation skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency with basic photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, VSCO).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
