Job Description
Are you 16 years old and looking for your first part-time job? Target in Tulsa is excited to offer an entry-level position designed specifically for young individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Support team members with various tasks as needed
- Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
- Learn and apply basic cash handling procedures under supervision
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds (with reasonable accommodation)
