Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. This unique opportunity offers a comprehensive 100% Work-From-Home training period, allowing you to gain essential skills and knowledge from the comfort of your home. After successful completion of the remote training, you will transition into a traditional branch setting in Corpus Christi, Texas. As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Chase, providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions accurately, and identifying opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the 100% remote training program to learn all aspects of the Bank Teller role.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing friendly and professional service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch operational tasks as needed after the training period.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating virtual training platforms.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a cash-handling role.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with banking products and services.
