Job Description
We are seeking a vibrant and highly energetic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate for afternoon shifts at our St. Louis studio. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our students, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless, positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all students and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage student check-ins, class registrations, and membership sign-ups efficiently.
- Process retail sales for yoga apparel, accessories, and refreshments.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and common spaces.
- Educate students on our class offerings, membership options, and studio promotions.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for afternoon and evening shifts.
- Resolve student concerns and provide excellent service with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency for point-of-sale systems and scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, retail, or customer service role.
