Job Description

We are seeking an impeccably professional and highly organized High-Rise Receptionist with a keen focus on maintaining a superior professional image to join our team in Pasadena, CA. This role is critical as you will be the first point of contact for our clients, partners, and visitors, setting the tone for their entire experience. The ideal candidate will exude confidence, poise, and exceptional communication skills, contributing to the sophisticated atmosphere of our corporate headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and taking accurate messages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setup as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
  • Implement and maintain visitor sign-in/out procedures and security protocols.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a corporate reception or front-office role.
