Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and talented new graduates to join our AI Data Science Fellow program in Sunnyvale, California. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of large and complex datasets.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
  • Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to derive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate data science solutions into products and services.
  • Document methodologies, code, and findings clearly and concisely for internal stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science research.

Required Skills

  • Strong foundational knowledge in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data science principles.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used for data science (e.g., Python, R).
  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
  • Experience with data manipulation and visualization libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale databases.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Spark or Hadoop.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research or complete significant projects in data science or AI.
