Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and enthusiastic Mobile Detailer specializing in leather care to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-tier interior detailing services, with a specific focus on the cleaning, conditioning, and protection of vehicle leather. This is a mobile position where you will travel to customer locations within the Halifax region. All necessary professional detailing equipment and supplies will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to various customer locations within the Halifax area to perform mobile detailing services.
  • Execute comprehensive leather cleaning, conditioning, and protection treatments on vehicle interiors.
  • Assess leather condition and recommend appropriate treatments to customers.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization for company-provided equipment and vehicle.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Document services performed and track supplies usage.
  • Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.

Required Skills

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience in automotive detailing, particularly with interior and leather care.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for achieving immaculate results.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of various leather types and appropriate care products.
  • Experience with professional detailing tools and techniques.
