Job Description
Join Halliburton as a Frac Field Support professional and play a crucial role in our global operations. You will be responsible for providing critical on-site support for hydraulic fracturing operations, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of projects. This includes equipment setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain fracturing equipment, including pumps, blenders, and other related machinery, at well sites.
- Monitor real-time data and adjust equipment parameters to ensure optimal fracturing fluid delivery and pressure.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in the field.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental guidelines.
- Assist in the rigging up and rigging down of fracturing equipment.
- Collaborate with field engineers and other team members to ensure smooth operation and project success.
- Complete accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation related to job activities and equipment status.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a strong safety culture.
- Train and mentor junior field personnel as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably with fracturing or heavy equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and equipment.
- Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb, and work in various weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical degree or certification in a related field (e.g., Diesel Mechanics, Industrial Technology).
- Experience with hydraulic fracturing software and data acquisition systems.
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Class A or B.
- Previous experience with Halliburton equipment or systems.
- HAZMAT certification.
