Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Google Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, working entirely from home. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to kick-start their career within a dynamic and fast-paced global technology company. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements (when applicable, virtually).
  • Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist with special projects and research assignments as needed.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritizing communications.
  • Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or issues, offering timely solutions.
  • Maintain an organized system for digital documents and records.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
