Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating products with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, handling cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Replenish shelves, ensuring products are well-stocked, organised, and attractively displayed according to store standards.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment, including aisles, checkout areas, and backroom.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management, ensuring freshness and availability of products.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals, support team members, and ensure smooth store operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines, security protocols, and age-restricted sales policies.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for handling transactions and understanding product information.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet business needs.

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role (not essential, but an advantage).
