Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Partner Liaison to manage and grow our global accounts. This 100% remote role requires a proactive individual who can foster strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for orchestrating collaborative efforts between Accenture and Microsoft teams to deliver innovative solutions to our global client base. This position is perfect for a self-starter with a deep understanding of Microsoft’s product and service ecosystem and a proven track record in partner management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key Microsoft contacts across various business units and regions.
  • Identify and pursue new joint business opportunities and strategic initiatives with Microsoft to expand our global market reach.
  • Collaborate with Accenture's internal sales, delivery, and solution teams to align strategies and co-create compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Drive the adoption of new Microsoft technologies and services within Accenture and our client base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and Microsoft's product roadmap to inform partnership strategies.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and maximizing mutual benefits.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Microsoft-related escalations and resolution, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in partner management, business development, or account management, specifically with Microsoft.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft's product portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strategic relationships at various levels within partner organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with an ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in driving joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with global enterprise clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Microsoft certifications relevant to cloud technologies or business applications.
  • Prior experience working in a large-scale professional services or consulting firm.
