Job Description
Join our friendly team at McDonald’s as a Part-time High School Fast Food Team Member! This is an excellent opportunity for high school students looking to gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and fun environment. No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive weekend training to help you succeed. You’ll learn essential skills in customer service, food preparation, and teamwork while working flexible hours that fit around your school schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's quality and safety standards
- Operate cash register and handle transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas and workstations
- Assist in stocking inventory and ensuring product availability
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Required Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts
