Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and skilled individual to join our production team as a Hearing Aid Mold Polisher. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously polishing custom-made hearing aid molds to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and perfect fit for our customers. This position requires exceptional manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to precision hand work. You will work with specialized tools and techniques to achieve the highest quality finish, directly impacting the comfort and performance of our advanced hearing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precision polishing of custom hearing aid molds using a variety of specialized hand tools and machinery.
  • Inspect molds for imperfections, ensuring all surfaces are smooth and free of defects according to strict quality standards.
  • Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to achieve exact contours and finishes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
  • Document work progress and completion accurately.
