Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Digital File Transfer Clerk to join our remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking for a stable, routine administrative role with the flexibility of working from home. As a Digital File Transfer Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately managing and transferring digital files between various systems and platforms, ensuring data integrity and security. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately transfer digital files and documents between internal and external systems.
- Verify the integrity and completeness of all transferred data.
- Organize and maintain digital file directories and archives.
- Follow established protocols for data security and confidentiality.
- Perform routine quality checks on transferred files to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding file transfer status and issues.
- Assist with basic data entry and record-keeping tasks as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data handling and remote work.
Required Skills
