Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Teleperformance Customer Success Lead with a keen focus on the tech startup ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging our innovative tech solutions with our customer’s success, particularly those engaging with Teleperformance as our BPO partner. You will champion customer satisfaction, drive product adoption, and foster strong, long-lasting relationships within a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can not only manage relationships but also identify opportunities for growth and improvement in how we serve our tech startup clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of tech startup clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Collaborate closely with Teleperformance account managers and teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent customer experience.
- Proactively monitor customer health, identify potential churn risks, and implement effective retention strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption, usage, and expansion within assigned accounts.
- Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product development, sales, and marketing teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients and Teleperformance leadership to discuss performance, challenges, and future opportunities.
- Act as an internal advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are represented in cross-functional team discussions.
- Provide training and support to Teleperformance agents on new product features, service updates, and best practices relevant to tech startup clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies relevant to the tech startup sector.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience working with or managing BPO relationships (e.g., Teleperformance).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience specifically with SaaS products or services.
- Understanding of the tech startup landscape and their unique operational challenges.
- Project management experience.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to a global customer base.
