Job Description

Join Netflix as a Customer Liaison and become a crucial point of contact for our valued subscribers. This role focuses on delivering exceptional support, resolving complex inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience. We’re looking for individuals who are quick learners, empathetic, and possess excellent communication skills to uphold Netflix’s reputation for outstanding service. You’ll be part of a dynamic team committed to subscriber satisfaction and engagement, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, billing questions, and content access problems efficiently.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance, ensuring a positive resolution for every customer interaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with Netflix's evolving content library, features, and policies.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to customer service processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support.
  • Familiarity with streaming technologies and platforms.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
