Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Teleperformance Branding Assistant with a strong focus on Digital Identity to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping and maintaining Teleperformance’s brand presence across digital platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring brand consistency, developing engaging digital content, and supporting various marketing initiatives. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere within North Dakota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of digital branding strategies to enhance Teleperformance's online presence.
  • Support the creation of compelling digital content (e.g., social media posts, blog articles, website copy, visual assets) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage Teleperformance's digital identity across various online channels, including social media, websites, and partner platforms.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital best practices to identify new opportunities for brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Help analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns and branding efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update brand asset libraries, ensuring all digital materials are current and compliant.
  • Provide general administrative support to the branding and marketing department as needed.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or professional experience (6+ months) in digital marketing, branding, or social media management.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
