Job Description
Are you passionate about ensuring seamless online shopping experiences? Walmart Global Tech is seeking an enthusiastic and meticulous Online Order Flow Tester to join our fast-growing e-commerce team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will play a critical part in verifying the functionality and reliability of our online ordering systems, from product selection to delivery confirmation. You will identify bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, directly contributing to a superior customer journey. Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for various e-commerce features, including product browsing, cart functionality, checkout processes, payment gateways, and order fulfillment.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using our bug tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings to provide updates on testing progress and discuss issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely feedback on testing results to relevant stakeholders.
