Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare food and beverages to McDonald's quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions with precision, maintaining a balanced till.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Assist in restocking inventory and maintaining supply levels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
