Job Description
Are you looking for an entry-level remote opportunity to kickstart your career in digital content? HubSpot is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic WFH Blog Formatter to join our dynamic content team. This role is perfect for individuals with little to no prior experience in web formatting, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will be responsible for formatting blog posts within our WordPress content management system, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and adhere to our brand guidelines. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to learn valuable skills in content management and digital publishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Format blog posts in WordPress, ensuring proper styling, headings, and readability.
- Insert and optimize images, videos, and other multimedia elements into blog content.
- Proofread content for basic grammatical errors and typos before publication.
- Ensure all internal and external links are correctly placed and functional.
- Collaborate with content creators and editors to understand formatting requirements and deadlines.
- Adhere to established style guides and best practices for web content presentation.
- Perform basic SEO checks, such as alt-text for images and proper meta descriptions (training provided).
- Manage and organize blog post assets within our digital asset management system.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance WordPress and content management skills.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications (web browsers, word processors).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
