Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our B2B outreach team in Austin, Texas. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline. You will utilize various tools and strategies to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively position Concentrix’s solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within our B2B segments.
- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential leads.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timeline (BANT).
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring a smooth hand-off.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, target accounts, and campaign strategies.
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and management.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant prospects.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach.io, Apollo.io).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of the BPO or customer experience industry.
- Experience working with global teams or international clients.
